During a live interview with the Undisputed Era leader, Adam Cole and the NXT Pre-Show panelists, it was confirmed by debuting panelist, Pat McAfee which match will kick off the show.

He revealed that the six-man ladder match for the North American Championship will start the show, which Cole didn’t react positively to. Of course, Cole will be pulling double duty tonight with the Tag Team Championship match as well as the ladder match.
The ladder match will crown the first ever North American Champion and features; Adam Cole, Lars Sullivan, Velveteen Dream, Killian Dain, EC3, and Ricochet.
