– With WWE.com’s “out indefinitely” angle it looks as if Rob Van Dam’s last match with the company was at last night’s One Night Stand pay-per-view against Randy Orton. As we’ve been reporting for months now, RVD’s contract with WWE expires at the end of this month and all indications are that renewal negotiations have failed. There had been talk of keeping RVD on television for another week to outsmart Internet fans, but it looks as if WWE creative is going back to the original plan.
– Expect John Cena to start a program with someone else on tonight’s edition of RAW as WWE is teasing who the next title challenger will be for his WWE Heavyweight Title.
– Also slated for tonight’s edition of RAW is the continuations of The Hardys’ feud with The World’s Greatest Tag Team and Candice Michelle’s feud with Melina. Plans are right now for Vengeance on June 24th to feature title rematches.
