Several Title Changes Hands At NJPW’s Dominion Event

NJPW recently held their Dominion Event which saw several minor and major title change hands. One of those title changes saw Michael Elgin win the NEVER Openweight Title against Hirooki Goto & Taichi. Elgin pinned Taichi to win the title. This is Elgin’s first time winning the title. Another title that changed hands is a major title as The Young Bucks defeated EVIL and SANADA to capture the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles. This is Young Bucks’ first time winning the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles as they have recently went up to the heavyweight division. EVIL and SANADA won them back in January. The IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title also changed hands as Hiromu Takahashi defeated Will Ospreay to become the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion. This is Takahashi’s second time winning the title. Ospreay won it back in January. You can see how the title changed hands in the videos below:
