WWE posted a video to its online YouTube account Monday stating that RAW General Manager Kurt Angle will open the show by addressing WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. Angle tweeted over the weekend that he will strip Lesnar of the title if he doesn’t appear at tonight’s show at Keybank Center in Buffalo.
