WWE’s next big event is only days away from taking place now as the company will be visiting the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia on October 6th for a huge event called Super Show-Down. Most of the top matches for the show have been finalized by now, and it appears that Triple H vs. The Undertaker will close out the show on top of an enormous card with nearly every WWE brand featured. It now appears that the event will run for about five hours. The show will begin at 5am ET and conclude at 10am ET, and WWE has not announced if there will be a Kickoff show for the event as of yet. Following weeks of buildup and hype, the Super Show-Down event in Australia will finally be going down this Saturday night.
It has been quite a while since Maria Kanellis has competed in a wrestling match of any sort, but that is largely because she gave birth to her first child, Fredrica Moon Bennett, earlier this year. Maria announced earlier this summer that she would resume training for her in-ring comeback, but that has been halted due to a wrist injury that she received during her training. On the latest episode of her and her husband, Mike Kanellis’, podcast, “Mike & Maria in Wonderland,” Maria revealed (at around the 48-minute mark) that WWE doctors have officially cleared to to return to the ring. Mike and Maria noted that they are not clear when she will be returning, so fans should keep their eyes open for the return of Maria Kanellis very soon.
Drew McIntyre, Jinder Mahal, and Heath Slater are all far removed from their days in the 3MB stable from years ago. When the group disbanded, Slater would team up with Rhyno to become the first-ever SmackDown Tag Team Champions, Drew McIntyre went on to win the NXT Championship and now currently holds the Raw Tag Team Championships with Dolph Ziggler, and Jinder Mahal was even able to win the WWE Championship last year. There is no denying that the three wrestlers have achieved a ton of success in recent years, but the band will be getting back together for at least one appearance on an upcoming episode of Table for 3. The new episode premieres on the WWE Network this Monday night after Raw goes off the air.
