The 24-year-old midfielder will not leave Parc des Princes this summer, his representative has claimed, despite ongoing rumours
Julian Draxler’s agent has denied that the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder might leave the Ligue 1 champions before the close of the transfer window.
The attacker has been associated with a swap deal involving Bayern Munich centre-back Jerome Boateng, who has been linked with PSG for several weeks now.
Thomas Tuchel, the coach of the Parisian side, wishes to strengthen his options in the heart of defence and can free up space by offloading the 24-year-old former Schalke and Wolfsburg star, who is set to feature only on the periphery of the German’s plans at Parc des Princes.

Agent Roger Wittmann, however, denied that a deal is a possibility, telling Sport 1: “Of course Julian will stay in Paris.”
Draxler has yet to earn a start in Ligue 1 this season, despite many of PSG’s players building their fitness after the World Cup, though he did play the last six minutes as the champions overcame Angers 3-1 on Saturday.
His future has been the source of a great deal of speculation over the course of the summer, with Sevilla the latest club to be linked with a move for him. However, he was deemed too expensive by the Primera Division outfit, with his monthly salary of €600,000 deemed too great a risk by the Spaniards.
He has played 74 times for PSG, scoring 15 goals and creating 12 more.
