Jamie Vardy turned plenty of heads by dressing up as Spider-Man during Thursday morning training’s session.
The striker, who turned 32 last Friday, donned the costume made famous by the Marvel superhero to surprise his fellow Leicester City teammates.
Footage recorded by members of the Foxes media show Vardy hiding behind a bush ,complete with mask and gloves.
Using his Spider-Senses, Vardy showcases his electric pace to jump in front of his teammates and scream in their faces.
Manager Claude Puel was relatively pleased to see spirits in the camp being kept quite so high, despite fears he could be replaced by Brendan Rodgers.
“We need our superhero,” Puel told the media at his press conference.
“He dressed up, and I think it was a good smile this morning. They had a day off yesterday and came back with a smile.”
Leicester are currently eight in the league and face Wolves on Saturday at 12.30pm.
