MCLEAN, VA—A woman who reportedly asked to talk with “Agent Penis” at the Central Intelligence Agency in McLean was arrested and faces a trespassing charge.
According to a criminal complaint, Jennifer G. Hernandez, 58, of North Carolina had trespassed on several days since April 22 at the CIA headquarters. She had first showed up claiming she applied for work and was asked to come to the CIA, WTOP reported. In reality, police found she wasn’t there on official business.
On May 3—the fourth time she visited—she asked to speak to “Agent Penis.” She also requested her North Carolina ID card, which police kept when she was cited for trespassing the previous day.

The report states that officers asked how she would leave the property, and she said by bus. But when the bus came, she allegedly said “do you really think I’m going to leave?” After officers said she would be arrested if she didn’t leave, she refused to get on the bus and was arrested.
According to WTOP, she appeared in Alexandria federal court on Monday, May 6. She was ordered to undergo mental health testing and not go to any CIA property before her May 23 court hearing.
