Khloé Kardashian was “completely devastated” when she first heard the news about her boyfriend Tristan Thompson’s alleged infidelity, but the birth of her daughter today may have her ready to forgive him.
“Khloé is feeling nothing but happiness right now. She is head over heels in love with her little girl—she is just consumed with love. Absolutely nothing else matters,” a Kardashian family source tells People.
Leading up to the birth of her daughter she was anything but happy. Mom Kris Jenner flew out to be with her to weather the scandal, and many wondered if Thompson would even be in the room when she delivered their baby today. Since welcoming her daughter she’s “so incredibly happy” that she apparently isn’t even upset about the cheating allegations.
“She’s so incredibly happy that her baby is here, that she is big and strong and healthy and beautiful, and so right now Khloé truly has no other cares in the world. She isn’t even mad at Tristan right now,” the source continues.

“She’s basically already forgiven him,” the source adds. “She is in a bubble of love and peace and happiness right now, and everything that happened with Tristan is less about ‘cheating’ and more like, it was just a random drunken hookup that meant nothing and was kissing at most and didn’t lead to anything else and was the fault of stupid groupies trying to trap him, and everybody just needs to move on.”
Who knows if this feeling of bliss will last, or if she’ll forgive him long term, but for now it seems that Khloé is being the bigger person in the situation. “All is forgiven, all is right with the world. For this precise moment, anyway,” the source says.
“We’ll see what the next few weeks bring. But right now? It’s nothing but peace and love and joy. And if anyone has a problem with her and Tristan and their baby all being happy together? Honestly, she just does not care at all.”
If her past relationship with ex-husband Lamar Odom gives fans any clues on how she’ll handle the situation, it would seem that she’d give Thompson a second chance. “She’s a hopeless romantic and she’ll try to make this work. She tried forever to make it work with Lamar [Odom]. She’s having a child with Tristan, and she’s going to try to rebuild this,” the source said.
