LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Headlining the NFCA’s First Pitch: Opening Welcome session at the 2019 Convention in Atlantic City, N.J. is certified executive leadership coach Justin Patton. He will speak on the first day of the Convention, which will run Dec. 4-7.
“The NFCA is thrilled to have Justin Patton as our 2019 Convention Keynote speaker,” said NFCA Executive Director Carol Bruggeman. “His inspirational, interactive message on leadership, trust, and creating a positive team environment will be right ‘on point’ with our coaches. Holly Rowe (2018 Keynote) hit a home run last year in Chicago and we feel we are going ‘back-to-back’ with Justin Patton in Atlantic City.”
The author of Bold New You specializes in helping leaders communicate with strong awareness, has spread his message across the world through television and radio appearances. His high-energy keynote presentations focus on creating space for leaders to step out of their busyness, look at themselves differently, take accountability for how they lead and communicate, and realign to their authentic self.
“I am very excited to share my message with the coaches in Atlantic City,” said Patton. “As someone who has worked extensively in Division II sports with the NCAA and coached Fortune 500 executives, I’ve learned that ‘If you want to be a great leader of others, you must first be a great leader of yourself.’”
Patton, who is replacing Joshua Medcalf as the 2019 keynote, has 17 years of professional experience in designing interactive leadership programs, while holding 10 certifications in leadership. Medcalf stepped away due to personal reasons.
