The January transfer window slams shut in exactly two weeks and there is still so much business to be potentially done.
Premier League clubs will be working frantically right up until the 11pm deadline on Thursday, January 31.
Already this window we have seen Cardiff City boss Neil Warnock accuse Liverpool of lacking ‘class’ and denounce Brexit.
Marko Arnautovic has toyed with the idea of quitting London for the bright lights of the Chiense Super League, while Mousa Dembele has already packed his bags for Guangzhou.
Chelsea finally confirmed the loan signing of Gonzalo Higuian from Juventus, while also beating Liverpool to the signing of Christian Pulisic.
However, it is a well-known fact that moves are often left right until the last moment as clubs try to squeeze every last penny from their rivals to get deals done.

Arsenal
With Aaron Ramsey set to join Juventus for nothing in the summer and Mesut Ozil also looking set to leave, Unai Emery needs midfield reinforcements soon.
Crippling injuries to centre-backs may mean an emergency loan from Europe is required.
AFC Bournemouth
As diligent as Dan Gosling and Andrew Surman are, they are simply not good enough to be playing regularly in midfield for a Premier League side.
As well as a central midfielder, defender Chris Mepham is set to join from Brentford to add versatility to a defence which has been blitzed by injuries.
Brighton and Hove Albion
The reliance on Glenn Murray over the past two seasons has been fixed thanks to the form of Jurgen Locadia, but the Seagulls would be wise to seek cover.
Chris Hughton will also be aware veteran skipper Bruno is nearing the end of his career and a right-back is needed.
Burnley
Sean Dyche has history of beefing up his squad in the January transfer window and would be wise to replenish his squad to continue their recent good form.
Dipping into the championship is something Dyche is not afraid to do and attacking options like Matt Phillips or Neal Maupay could help steer the Clarets away from trouble.
Cardiff City
After failing to sign Nathaniel Clyne, Neil Warnock is still on the hunt for a right-back this month.
A goalscorer would be helpful, but the club must be frugal and be sure to bring in a recognised Premier League goalscorer. Divock Origi or Daniel Sturridge could help.
Chelsea
As mentioned above, the Blues have already conducted two solid bits of business – building for the future whilst also bringing in a temporary fix.
The aim for Maurizio Sarri will be to now trim the squad to reduce the wage bill and allow some of the talented youngsters to come into the squad.
Crystal Palace
Yet again, the Eagles are relying on Christian Benteke and Wilfried Zaha to get them out of trouble, they simply MUST invest in a goalscorer.
In order to do so, Roy Hodgson and Steve Parish will surely work to offload some dead wood in the squad this month too.
Everton
Marco Silva’s first season on Merseyside appears to be going well, if not spectacularly. Signings are not drastically needed this month as spending well in the summer will be a priority.
Getting Andre Gomes on a permanent deal would be a massive bonus this month, allaying fears another team could poach him.
Fulham
The next goal Fulham concede in the league this season will be their 50th – a milestone no Whites fan will want to celebrate.
Claudio Ranieri needs to get defensive reinforcements in and could do with leaders. A move for Danny Drinkwater (a player he knows from Leicester) makes sense.
Huddersfield Town
First things first, the club must appoint a new manager after David Wagner announced he was walking away from the John Smiths Stadium. Mark Hudson should not be entrusted with such a big job at this foetal stage in his career.
Steve Mounie is the only striker to score for the Terriers in the league this season, reinforcements are desperately needed.
Leicester City
The Foxes have seven central midfielders vying for two starting berths in the current squad, so the likes of Andy King and Adrien Silva should be allowed to leave.
Shinji Okazaki will forever be a cult hero, but his departure would also free up funds for a new striker to help ease the burden on 32-year-old Jamie Vardy in the summer.
Liverpool
Quite simply, Jurgen Klopp can afford to put his feet up in this window.
Apart from sanctioning a few loan deals or permanent moves for squad members, the German is well placed to lead the Reds in their pursuit of Premier League glory.
Manchester City
City will know their crown is under serious threat from Liverpool, despite recording a 2-1 win against Klopp’s men at the start of the month.
Fernandinho has been immense yet again this season, but signing a young understudy now will be beneficial in the long run. Declan Rice and Lyon star Tanguy Ndombele have been mentioned.
Manchester United
Jose Mourinho made no secret of his desire to get a new centre-back and was sacked. So Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has decided to remain tight-lipped in the hope that tactic brings in defensive reinforcements.
Porto star Eder Militao would make the most sense, or else the Red Devils will find themselves paying over the odds yet again for domestic stars.
Newcastle United
Quite simply, anyone will do for Newcastle at this stage of the season. With the club no closer to being taken over after Mike Ashley’s Dubai gaffe, funds are still set to be restricted.
The FA Cup clash with Blackburn caused more problems than it was worth, with the injury pile stacking up. Defensive reinforcements would be welcome, but attacking midfielders are what the fans really want.
Southampton
The sending off of youngster Yan Valery highlighted how sparse the right-back cover is at St Mary’s for Ralph Hasenhuttl.
The German will reportedly entertain offers for Cedric Soares so expect to see a full-back come in and take his spot before the window closes.
Tottenham Hotspur
Although Dean Saunders criticised the club for not signing Gonzalo Higuain, a new striker is desperately needed after Harry Kane’s injury. Fernando Llorente is just not mobile enough for Spurs.
Jarrod Bowen, the 22-year-old striking sensation at Hull City, has been linked with a £12million move this month.
Watford
In an ideal world, Javi Gracia would get rid of all of his peripheral squad members and use the money to bring in a world-class striker.
However, budget constraints the Spaniard will have to showcase his transfer savvy yet again or wait until the summer. Adalberto Penaranda may help shoulder the goalscoring burden after finally receiving a work permit.
West Ham United
Should Marko Arnautovic leave, Bournemouth’s Callum Wilson, Genoa striker Krzysztof Piatek and Celta Vigo star Maxi Lopez have been linked with moves.
If the Austrian stays until the summer at least, cover in midfield is required. Injuries to Mark Noble or Declan Rice will leave the Hammers exposed.
Wolverhampton Wanderers
Raul Jiminez may have only scored six goals this season, but the burden on the Mexico international is huge and an alternative is needed.
Adama Traore looks lost up top on his own and making a serious move for Tammy Abraham – probably a permanent deal – seems like a better alternative.
