Southern Oregon, Oklahoma City advance on Day 3 of 2019 NAIA World Series

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Day three of the 2019 NAIA Softball World Series presented by Taco Bell came to a close with No. 4 Southern Oregon knocking off defending champs and No. 1 Science & Arts of Oklahoma, 4-0, and No. 3 Oklahoma City blanking Marian (Ind.), 3-0.

In the the two elimination contests, No. 5 Lindsey Wilson topped No. 7 Mobile, 9-1 and Georgia Gwinnett defeated No. 10 Oregon Tech, 5-1.

Day four will feature a pair of elimination contests between the Rovers and the Blue Raiders, along with the Knights versus the Grizzlies. The final contest of the day will be a matchup of the two undefeated teams, the third-seeded Stars and fourth-seeded Raiders.
