L’Équipe report that Paris Saint-Germain face another trip to the Stade Bollaert-Delelis this month, with their Coupe de France tie against sixth-tier side Pays de Cassel to be held at Lens’ stadium next Monday.
The team – based in the village of Cassel, near the Belgian border in French Flanders – will be welcomed by nearby Ligue 1 side Lens, who beat the top-flight leaders at home earlier this month and have emerged as this season’s main title challengers, sitting only three points adrift of PSG. Pays de Cassel saw off another northern side in Wasquehal, on penalties, to earn their spot in the last 32 stage of the cup.
The match was moved to Monday night at PSG’s request, with Christophe Galtier’s men due to play a friendly game in Saudi Arabia in midweek. The team are set to face a squad that will include players from Cristiano Ronaldo’s new team, Al-Nassr.
