Humbug<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Def: <\/strong>Deceptive or false talk or behavior.<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cP.T. Barnum referred to himself as the \u2018Prince of Humbugs.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Grubbling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Def: <\/strong>The art of searching through your pockets for for small objects.<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cAfter leaving the Uber, Malcolm went\u00a0grubbling through his pockets to be sure he had his cell phone.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Kakistocracy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Def:<\/strong> A state or country run by the worst, least qualified, or most unscrupulous citizens.<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cUnder Trump, the United States has devolved into a kakistocracy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Chuckaboo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Def: <\/strong>A best friend or really close friend.<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cMe and my chuckaboo are going to hit the pub for some libations.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Jargogle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Def: <\/strong>To confuse, jumble.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cDon\u2019t jargogle my mind with all your facts and figures. Just tell me that I\u2019m right.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Deliciate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Def:<\/strong> To take one\u2019s pleasure, enjoy oneself, revel, luxuriate.<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cAfter this fine dinner, I\u2019m going to deliciate myself over some cheesecake at Junior\u2019s.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Freck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Def: <\/strong>To move swiftly or nimbly.<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cShe frecked her way from the blue line to the goal with the grace of a swan.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Febricula<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Def:<\/strong> Light, transient fever.<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cSorry, boss. Looks like I\u2019ve come down with a bit of a febricula. I\u00a0can\u2019t come into work.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Namelings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Def: <\/strong>Those bearing the same name.<br \/>\n<strong>Use:<\/strong> <em>\u201cGraham Greene, the actor, and Graham Greene, the author, are namelings.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>13. What a hussy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Why should a calling someone a hussy be an insult?<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
