talkSPORT presenter Adrian Durham believes Marcus Rashford has been the Premier League\u2019s standout performer this season.<\/p>\n
The Manchester United star is enjoying life under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, establishing himself as the first-choice centre forward and finding the net with regularity.<\/p>\n
He has started every league match under the interim boss and repaid the faith with a string of outstanding performances, most recently bagging the winner in the 1-0 victory over Tottenham.<\/p>\n
And according to Durham, the 21-year-old\u2019s form has gone largely unnoticed.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think he is the best player in the Premier League this season,\u201d Durham said on Drivetime.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe could start his tenth successive Premier League game [against Brighton] and it\u2019ll be the first time he\u2019s ever done that.<\/p>\n
\u201cHis record since Christmas is quite phenomenal. He\u2019s like a new man and I don\u2019t think it\u2019s just the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. He looked good even under Mourinho and that says a lot about him.<\/p>\n
\u201cOn Sunday, his winner against Spurs was the tenth time he\u2019d either scored or assisted since December. That\u2019s impressive.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was better than Harry Kane on Sunday \u2013 he had one chance and put it away in a pressure game away from home.<\/p>\n
\u201cSome of the quality he\u2019s got. You see the little shimmy on the right-hand side against Bournemouth? He\u2019s got unbelievable skills.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think he\u2019s one of the most underrated players in the Premier League.\u201d<\/p>\n
As a result of Rashford\u2019s undroppable form, Romelu Lukaku has been forced to settle for a bit-part role in Solskjaer\u2019s team.<\/p>\n
The Belgian has played just 74 minutes in the league since Jose Mourinho\u2019s departure, but Solskjaer insists he still has an important role to play.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s a big part of the squad, definitely, with his personality around the place,\u201d Solskjaer said ahead of Saturday\u2019s visit of Brighton,\u00a0live on talkSPORT2.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere\u2019s no one scoring as many goals as him in training.<\/p>\n
