Spanish outlet\u00a0Marca\u00a0reports Morata, who allegedly earns \u00a38million-a-year, is willing to take a pay cut to rejoin the club he spent two years at as a teenager.<\/p>\n
Maurizio Sarri has lost confidence in a player who has been inconsistent since\u00a0signing for \u00a360million from Real Madrid in 2017,\u00a0 with just nine goals scored in all competitions this season.<\/p>\n
He has been rotated up front with Chelsea’s only other forward, Olivier Giroud, who is a target for Barcelona, as Sarri continuously looked for a way to get the best out of a limited attack; he has even resorted to playing Eden Hazard in a unfamiliar striking role.<\/p>\n
