WWE has released the following video, featuring Paul Heyman reacting to tonight’s Survivor Series match pitting Brock Lesnar vs AJ Styles in a Champion vs Champion match.<\/p>\n

During the video, Heyman offers the highest of praise for AJ Styles, saying the following:<\/p>\n

“If you’re not an AJ Styles fan, you shouldn’t even be watching WWE. He’s everything that Shawn Michaels, and Bret Hart, and Ric Flair were to their generation, and he’s updated it. He’s evolved their styles, to truly be, the single most phenomenal in-ring performer I have ever had the honor, and the pleasure, of watching up close.<\/p>\n

“I’ve been doing this my entire life”, Heyman added. “No one in the ring has ever compared to what I witnessed tonight, when I had the best seat in the house, and got to see AJ Styles up close. To you sir, I have nothing but respect and admiration. Which is why when they put this match together, when AJ Styles defeated Jinder Mahal to become the WWE Champion, I dropped to my knees and thanked God that Brock Lesnar gets to step into the ring with Styles.”<\/p>\n

Heyman went on to praise Styles in defeat, and compared Styles to Rocky Balboa, in that he was able to win over the fans despite losing the match:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
