Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT\u00a0averaged 665,000 viewers on the USA Network, down 4.3 percent\u00a0from last week.<\/p>\n
It’s the lowest number for NXT\u00a0since March 17, which was when it was still airing on Wednesdays head-to-head with AEW Dynamite. However, it was only slightly behind the numbers of two\u00a0and three\u00a0weeks ago and marks the seventh straight week the show has done between 665,000 and 700,000 viewers.<\/p>\n
In the 18-49 demo, NXT drew a 0.17 rating, down 10.5 percent\u00a0from last week. It’s the lowest number in that category for the show since May 25.<\/p>\n
The show faced tough sports competition in the form of the NBA Draft Lottery, which averaged almost 2.2 million viewers on ESPN and the Suns vs. Clippers Western Conference Finals game that drew nearly 5.3 million viewers.<\/p>\n
Year-over-year, NXT was down 15.4 percent\u00a0in overall viewers and down 10.5 percent\u00a0in 18-49. That was running on Wednesdays against Dynamite but with no major sports competition.<\/p>\n
