Popular Welsh triathlon Long Course Weekend has teamed up with Race Force to encourage women of all abilities to form teams and take on their event as part of a female relay team.<\/p>\n

Race Force are creating teams of six women to take on the challenge in Pembrokeshire this July, and in exchange for \u00a399 will offer:\u00a0<\/p>\n
