A GOP elector is calling on President Obama to tell people to stop trying to intimidate Electoral College voters.<\/p>\n

“Our president should stand up and say, ‘Hey, stand down people. This is the process,” Robert Graham, chairman of the Arizona Republican Party, said on Fox News.<\/p>\n

Graham said the intimidation efforts are affecting some electors’ health.<\/p>\n

Graham also said he had been followed multiple times.<\/p>\n

“That kind of intimidation for me being the state party chair has been not normal. But it’s a little bit more, I’m much more public, ” he said.<\/p>\n

“But the other electors, this is a new experience for them all around.”<\/p>\n

The members of the Electoral College will meet in their state capitols Monday to make official Trump’s victory over his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton. Trump won 306 electoral votes on Election Day.<\/p>\n

Over the past few weeks, there has been a push to exert pressure on the Republican electors to cast their votes for a candidate other than Trump.<\/p>\n
