Finn Balor has a new opponent for NXT TakeOver: WarGames.<\/p>\n

During tonight’s episode of NXT, it was revealed that Balor will face Matt Riddle at TakeOver. Balor vs. Johnny Gargano originally appeared to be the direction for the show, but it was announced on WWE Backstage last night that — due to a neck injury — Gargano won’t be cleared to wrestle at TakeOver.<\/p>\n

Balor laid out Riddle with a 1916 DDT on the floor in the main event segment of\u00a0last week’s NXT. Their storyline continued tonight, with Riddle attacking Balor as he was cutting a promo in the ring.<\/p>\n

Keith Lee then faced Roderick Strong on tonight’s show. The Undisputed Era tried to get involved — and a brawl broke out between them and\u00a0Tommaso Ciampa & Riddle. Balor attacked Riddle and hit a slingblade, a double stomp, and a shotgun dropkick into the steps.<\/p>\n

The Undisputed Era attacked Lee after he defeated Strong, but Dominik\u00a0Dijakovic came down and laid Undisputed Era out.<\/p>\n

Dijakovic will take Riddle’s spot in the men’s WarGames match at TakeOver. It will be Ciampa, Lee, Dijakovic, and a partner vs. The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Strong, Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish).<\/p>\n

The Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois is hosting TakeOver: WarGames\u00a0on Saturday, November 23.\u00a0The women’s WarGames match will be Team Ripley (Rhea Ripley, Tegan Nox, Candice LeRae &\u00a0Mia Yim) vs. Team Baszler (Shayna Baszler, Bianca Belair, Io Shirai, and a partner).<\/p>\n

NXT UK’s Kay Lee Ray appears to be the final member of Team Baszler.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
