What a time to be alive, eh?<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t been following the case, Hogan (aka Terry Bollea) is suing Gawker for $100 million for publishing a clip of a sex tape of himself and the wife of Bubba Clem (aka radio host) Bubba The Love Sponge), along with a long article to accompany it in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>At the basis, Hogan is claiming the post is a violation of his privacy, claiming the video was made without his consent or knowledge.
