FIVB President Dr. Rub&eacute;n Acosta said: &ldquo;<em>The FIVB is pleased to have Venezuela back in the World League. With its enthusiasm, this country can give a boost to the competition. Venezuela&rsquo;s TV market is one of the biggest in South America. I hope that they will follow all the high standards requested by a competition of the World League&rsquo;s level. Puerto Rico also was a potential new team for 2008.
