West Ham\u2019s Robert Snodgrass insists Marko Arnautovic is training well and is fully focused on his job for the Hammers despite links with a move away from the club.<\/p>\n
Arnautovic has been offered a lucrative deal to join a club in the Chinese Super League, and is said to be keen to make it happen.<\/p>\n
The Hammers have already rejected a \u00a335million bid for their star man, but are bracing themselves for an improved \u00a340m offer from the unnamed Chinese side.<\/p>\n
Reports claim Arnautovic could earn up to \u00a3400,000 in China, and at 29 years old he feels it\u2019s too good an offer to turn down.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s West Ham\u2019s call though, and they are desperate to keep hold of their star man and joint-top scorer this season with eight goals.<\/p>\n
There have been fears from fans that the speculation could unsettle their key forward this month and, if he stays, for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n
But Snodgrass insists there has been no change to Arnautovic\u2019s work-rate.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo be honest Marko has been great – he\u2019s trained great over the last few days,” the Scottish star told talkSPORT host Jim White.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know the situation, but if Marko needs to I\u2019m sure he\u2019ll speak to the lads.<\/p>\n
\u201cListen, he\u2019s been around transfer speculation for a long time because he\u2019s a top player.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe handles himself really well and on the pitch he\u2019s a terrific talent, he\u2019s one of the best strikers I\u2019ve played with.<\/p>\n
