{"id":1506,"date":"2019-05-24T10:33:37","date_gmt":"2019-05-24T10:33:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sportsnewsforyou.com\/?p=1506"},"modified":"2019-05-24T10:33:37","modified_gmt":"2019-05-24T10:33:37","slug":"top-10-unchanged-in-usa-today-sports-nfca-high-school-super-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/googmn.com\/?p=1506","title":{"rendered":"Top 10 unchanged in USA TODAY Sports\/NFCA High School Super 25"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LOUISVILLE, Ky. \u2014 The top 10 teams in the USA TODAY Sports\/NFCA High School Super 25 poll remained unchanged this week.<\/p>\n<p>Neshoba Central (33-2) stayed put in the top spot after wrapping up a seventh-consecutive Mississippi state Class 5A title last week, while No. 2 Norco (31-1) forged ahead, capturing a second-straight CIF Section I crown, and third-ranked Louisville Male (32-0) won the Kentucky 26th district final after becoming just the third team in state history to finish the regular season unbeaten.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere, No. 5 Lakewood Ranch (29-0) and sixth-ranked Winter Springs (29-0) seem to be on a collision course in the Florida 8A playoffs. If both win their semifinals today, they\u2019d square off for the state crown on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>But while a lot remained the same, three new teams found their way into the rankings this week: Hartsville (30-0) at No. 11, St. Joseph\u2019s (21-0) at No. 17, and Coral Springs Charter (27-1) at 25th.<\/p>\n<p>State rankings submitted by NFCA member coaches are used to compile the USA TODAY Sports\/NFCA High School Super 25.
