Walking into a pawn shop is often like opening a treasure chest. You never know what you\u2019re going to find. This is the second post in our series on pawn shop finds where we showcase some of the cool items we have come across in our stores.<\/span><\/p>\n

There have been many <\/span>rare historical items<\/span> discovered in pawn shops over the years. These include a Nobel Peace Prize medal and John F. Kennedy\u2019s cigar box he kept on his desk in the Oval Office.<\/span><\/p>\n

We don\u2019t have any Nobel Peace Prize medals or items that belonged to John F. Kennedy in our treasure chest today. However, we have some pretty cool items to show you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

18K Gold Ring With a 4.71ct Natural Sapphire and 2.4cts in Diamonds<\/h3>\n

This dazzling vintage 18K yellow gold ladies ring is a real showstopper! It has a stunning 4.71ct bluish-green sapphire that comes with a gem report. The sapphire is surrounded by 80 baguette cut diamonds that weigh an estimated 2.4cts. The diamonds are estimated to be SI clarity and H color.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sapphire has been heat treated, which is normal for most sapphires, to enhance its color and clarity. The ring size is 7 US.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rolex needs no introduction. Since it was founded in the early 1900s by Hans Wilsdorf, Rolex has become synonymous with reliability, elegance, and luxury.<\/span><\/p>\n

This stylish watch has a 18K white gold band \/ case, an aftermarket diamond bezel, oyster bracelet and pink dial. It\u2019s priced at a very reasonable $12,599 and is available in Maxferd\u2019s <\/span>Lawndale pawn shop<\/span> in Los Angeles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stunning 13.5ct Kunzite 18K Gold, Diamond and Ruby Cancer Ribbon Ring<\/h3>\n

This is a superbly crafted, one of a kind Cancer Ribbon support ring. Kunzite is named after the renowned gemologist George Frederick Kunz. It\u2019s said to open the connection between the heart and the mind, which is very appropriate for this beautiful ring.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Kunzite is 13.5ct and has an oval shape. This 18K white gold ring contains an estimated 0.75cts of natural diamonds and 0.50cts of rubies. It weighs 17.3g and is size 6.25 US.<\/span><\/p>\n

With its origins dating back to 1791, Girard-Perregaux is one of the oldest fine watchmaking manufactures still in operation in Switzerland today.<\/span><\/p>\n

18K White Gold Diamond Flower Pendant & 14K White Gold Necklace<\/h3>\n

The beautifully crafted pendant set in 18K white gold contains one large and 66 smaller brilliant cut round diamonds.
