According to\u00a0GOAL, Torino have made a \u20ac10m plus \u20ac4m add-ons offer for Reims centre-back Wout Faes (24) – the Belgian has already agreed a four-year contract with the Italian side. Reims, however, want \u20ac15m for the defender with more easier-to-attain add-ons to the deal.\u00a0<\/p>\n
It was reported last week that Faes was close to joining the Serie A side after they switched attention to the player following the collapse of a potential deal to sign former OL man Jason Denayer (who is currently a free-agent). The 24-year-old Reims centre-back was Torino\u2019s second option and an agreement between the concerned parties is still reportedly close.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Expected to leave this off-season by the Champagne club\u2019s president,\u00a0Faes has also been interesting Rennes, Roma, Newcastle and Lazio\u00a0in recent weeks.<\/p>\n
Since joining from Oostende in the summer of 2020, Faes has been capped by Belgium and played 74 times for Reims, scoring five goals.<\/p>\n
