TLC Match
– Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt

The video package airs for our WWE TLC main event, which is a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match between Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose. After the video package, Dean Ambrose’s theme hit and out he comes. Next out is Bray Wyatt. It’s main event time here in Cleveland, Ohio!

As soon as the bell sounds, Ambrose is all over Wyatt. The action is mostly on the floor, outside of the ring thus far. Ambrose is attacking Wyatt with everything in sight. Chairs, ladders, tables (reverse that order, for name-sake, I guess). Either way, it’s 100 percent Ambrose thus far.

Back in the ring and Ambrose has a kendo stick. Wyatt is on his knees staring at Ambrose, pretty much daring him to use it. Ambrose does. Over and over again, too.

Wyatt ends up fighting back. Seconds later, he knocks Ambrose off the apron with a chair, where Ambrose falls through a table outside of the ring on the way down. Wyatt goes out after him to follow up on his attack. He slams Ambrose into the barricade and beats him with a piece of the broken table.

Wyatt sets the kendo stick up in the corner, on the top rope. He throws Ambrose into it, who smashes face-first into it. For a while after that spot, Ambrose keeps checking and touching his eye. We see several replays of that. Wyatt picks up a ladder and blasts Ambrose with that face-first as well.

“You asked for this, Ambrose!” shouts Wyatt, as he continues to punish “The Lunatic Fringe.” He charges at Ambrose but he moves, so Wyatt runs right into a ladder set up in the corner. Both guys are down now.

Out of nowhere, Ambrose goes for Dirty Deeds. Wyatt counters into a Sister Abigail attempt, but Ambrose avoids that. Wyatt nearly takes Ambrose’s head off with a follow-up clothesline. We see several replays of that.

Ambrose and Wyatt battle up the aisle now, with each guy taking turns slamming the other into the set — which, of course, consists of tables, ladders and chairs. Ambrose lays Wyatt on a table. He climbs up a ladder. He sits on top of the ladder and then leaps off with a flying elbow smash. He nails it and puts Wyatt through it in the process.

They continue fighting further up the aisle, with Ambrose in control at this point. Ambrose lays Wyatt across another table. He moves a ladder next to that table. He starts to climb. He reaches the top and leaps off, nailing Wyatt and putting him through another table with another flying elbow smash.

Ambrose helps Wyatt back to his feet and drags him back to the ring. Michael Cole reminds us on commentary that ultimately, if Ambrose wants to win, he’s got to pin him inside the ring. Ambrose throws Wyatt back into the ring and follows in after him.

As soon as Ambrose enters the ring, Wyatt snatches him up and blasts him with a Sister Abigail. I mean, immediately when he got into the ring. Wyatt goes for the cover but Ambrose manages to kick out at two. Both guys are down now as the crowd in Cleveland starts to come alive.

Wyatt does his upside-down “I’m a crazy person” thing and now seems to be in control of the offense. He grabs Ambrose and goes for a second Sister Abigail. As he whips Ambrose around, Ambrose reverses. He slams Wyatt face-first into a ladder that was in the corner of the ring.

As soon as Wyatt turns around, he is met by a “Dirty Deeds” from Ambrose. Ambrose goes for the cover. 1-2….Wyatt kicks out. Ambrose goes out to the floor, reaches under the ring and starts throwing all kinds of toys in, including a television. The TV actually shows Ambrose holding a TV. It’s a live shot of the PPV. That’s funny.

Ambrose notices something on the TV set which prompts him to head up the aisle way. He notices a giant ladder at the very top of the ramp. He knocks it over, closes it and brings it to ringside. Lawler speculates on commentary that it’s a 25-foot ladder.

Wyatt is back up and he starts smashing a steel chair across the back of Ambrose immediately after he sets the giant ladder up next to the announce table at ringside. Wyatt goes to slam the chair throat-first into Ambrose, but Ambrose reverses and does that to Wyatt. Wyatt is on the ground grabbing his throat. Ambrose places Wyatt across the announce table and begins to climb the giant ladder. He reaches the top and leaps off with a flying elbow smash. He nails it and he and Wyatt go crashing through the announce table. The “holy sh*t” chants break out as both guys are laid out.

Back in the ring, Ambrose has that television set mentioned earlier. He charges at Wyatt with it but it explodes right in Ambrose’s face. I’m assuming that’s supposed to be more Bray Wyatt magic? Who knows. It looked cool, I guess. Anyways, Ambrose stumbles to his feet, right into a Sister Abigail from Wyatt. 1-2-3. Wyatt wins.
